Companies/Artists/Collectives who engage in an arts activity for a source of livelihood and who are the principal personnel in the creative process resulting in a work of art.
If you are a Collective you must be either a Limited Company or have a committee of three independent members: the chairperson, the secretary and the treasurer in place.
If you are an Artist you must be a practising artist and have a formal body of work to your name.
