Groups or Individuals/ Artist that engage in an arts activity for the love of the artform or as a pastime rather than as a profession.
If you are a group you must be either a Limited Company or have a committee of three independent members: the chairperson, the secretary and the treasurer in place.
If you are an individual artist you should demonstrate your past and current engagement with arts practices.
