WOBBLY CIRCUS ACADEMY
4 week workshop starting Tuesday 17th February
Have you ever wanted to learn the tricks of the Circus? Well now is your chance, Wobbly Circus & Central Arts present a four week course in all things Circus! Over the four weeks participants will get the chance to learn juggling, tight rope walking, clowning, diablo and devil stick techniques, poi spinning, performance techniques and more.
Waterford Circus Space
In addition to The Children’s Circus Academy we are also running an open circus space for teenagers and adults. This will be run as informal sessions where anyone can drop in and try out a range of juggling and manipulation skills, tight rope walking, stilt walking and other circus skills. There is no formal charge for these sessions but any donations to the hat will be most welcome!
(group 1) 5-8 year olds, 5pm to 6pm, €50 per child
(group2) 9-12 year olds, 6-7pm, €50 per child
(group 3) 18+ Open Circus Space, 7pm to 8pm, no fee just a small donation welcome.
