Waterford WRAP Network which is a collaboration between the Mental Health Services & Mental Health Ireland & the general population. WRAP is a self-management tool that can facilitate individuals take more control over their own well-being & recovery. The programme is designed by each individual themselves, as it is recognised that people are experts on themselves. WRAP is a guide that can be refereed to daily & especially in times of difficulty. The programme can be utilised as a tool for learning more about ourselves and the things that help us recover and stay well. To learn more please see this link: WRAP eLeaflet 2019
WRAP was originally developed by and for people who have experience of a mental health challenges. The programme may be of benefit to anyone with an interest in better planning and managing their mental health and well-being even if they have not experienced significant mental issues.
