Beside studio painting and working outdoors, the 3-day workshop with Frances will include an introduction and slide show on current studio practice and recent exhibitions and commissions, ongoing demonstrations over the 3 days, experimental drawing exercises, gathering of information (collage, photographs, journal, memoir, mark-making) and advice on how to use a visual research notebook to develop ideas and inform the creative process.
* Note – course cost does not include accommodation. Artform also provide an artist accommodation package.
