Registration is now open for 2019’s Waterford Youth Arts Summer School for young people between the ages of 6 -13 years. With activities such as Drama, Dance, Film, Creative Writing and Visual Art already planned and possibly more activities on the way all activities will be taking place over in Mount Sion (Across the road from Waterford Youth Arts).
Starting on Monday the 8th of July and ending on Friday the 12th, young people will get to spend a week Playing, Making, Doing and Exploring while making new friends and improving self confidence. All activities will be overseen by the WYA workshops tutors, with the WYA Staff and Volunteers helping out, all of whom are Garda vetted by the National Vetting Bureau.
Campers shall be divided into three groups:
- 4 – 6 years, 10:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m., Membership costs €55
- 7 – 9 years, 10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Membership costs €75
- 10 – 13 years, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Membership costs €75
