Set in the heart of Kerry-Dingle comes a tale of the small dreams and high schemes of two still-runners, Beverly and Francis. After coming to, following a sampling of a fresh batch of brew, we join them as they deal, through foggy brains, with their misdeeds involving the local header, Billy Roll, and the beloved town mascot, Fungi.
Jason Kennealy is a filmmaker and playwright from Tramore. In 2016, he was nominated at the National Student Media awards for screenplay of the year and was awarded ‘Best Short Screenplay’ at the annual Waterford Film Festival later that same year. His first film is currently in pre-production and is set to be filmed in the new year and released in May 2019.Now, at ‘A Little Room,’ Jason presents his first piece written for the stage which is to be given a live reading in January.
