The past weekend Waterford was awake with the Spraoi Festival. Highlights included O Emperer on the Plaza, 21 years of Spraoi in Blackfriars and the wonderful Spraoi night time parade – ‘Flotsam and Jetsam’ featuring hundreds of costumed performers, floats, live music, lighting and special effects.
