Red Kettle Theatre Company presents Baglady, by Frank McGuinness. It is the story of a homeless woman living on the fringes of society near a river in an Irish town. She spends her days in a constant quest for the truth in the often difficult memories of events in her past which she interrogates by means of conversations with herself and the other voices she hears .
Denise Quinn gives a physical, lyrically rich and emotionally layered and various performance as Baglady as she skips, strides and sometimes stomps through her daily pilgrimage through the physical and psychological world she has created for herself. Directed by Frieda Ryan, Movement by Libby Seward, Costumes by Clare Horgan, Set by Ben Hennessy.
