Photography workshop/ studio re-launch
Artists come along on Sat 13th July from 10am- 5pm for an open studio and art documentation workshop at Garter Lane Arts Centre.
This introductory course to photographing with Tim Durham will teach you how to photograph your own paintings, drawings, textiles and prints for use in portfolios, websites, emails, and press releases. Step by step methodical process to obtaining the best possible results with your digital compact camera or digital SLR, getting the very best quality results from the equipment you have.
The course will cover, exposure, ISO, white balance, apertures, depth of field, jpg quality, resolution of images, tripod use and much more. You will need: Your camera (and manual if possible), Blank memory card, Fully charged battery and spare if possible, Cable for downloading images, Tripod if you have one, A piece of art work to photograph
