Originally from Rhode Island, USA, Bobbie is a classically trained singer who has performed widely in the USA, the UK and Ireland, building up a loyal following for her distinctive singing style.
Known principally as a solo guitarist Mark also performs with musicians from various genres. His collaboration with English organist Christian Wilson led to the duo’s appearance at the Dudelange Zeltik festival in Luxembourg in 2008 and at St.Canice’s Cathedral, Kilkenny during Kilkenny Arts Festival 2010.
Today, Blue is generally regarded by music critics as one of the greatest albums of all time; the way Mitchell’s songwriting, compositions and voice all work together are frequent areas of praise. In January 2000, The New York Times chose Blue as one of the 25 albums that represented “turning points and pinnacles in 20th-century popular music”.
