Huge congratulations to our own Lani O’ Hanlon who has just been announced as the winner in the Adult Published category of the Trócaire Poetry Ireland Poetry Competition 2022 with her poem ‘When I Visit Dalal’.
Lani has a long association with the Arts Office and Library Service, most recently she was the creative writing mentor and editor of ‘Escape to War to Live in Peace’ by Dalal Sayed supported by us.
Lani has facilitated many creative writing and mentoring programmes for us over the years and we are delighted with this news.
