A native of Waterford and recent graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology, Kevin will have his first solo exhibition in Garter Lane Front of House space in January 2020.
Cahill’s practice varies in technique and approach, working with canvas, rabbit skin glue, recycled material and board.
Kevin has created an unpolished effect, exploring an environment which viewers are invited into. Creating frames from recycled materials hung in a portrait format, Cahill blends a mixture of moss, buttermilk & plant growth on to a canvas creating organic patterns.
