JOLT DANCE WEEK & SYMPOSIUM 2019

4 days of professional development dance discussions, workshops, talks & performances, curated by Dance Artist in Residence, Dee Grant.

This initiative is aimed at; dance artists, leaders in dance, dance programmers, dance funders and local authorities, movement-based artists, dance educationists & facilitators.

Events include:

• Work in Progress presentations by leading dance artists in the south east (in association with A Little Room) 6pm, Tuesday 3rd December
• Dance Film Screenings – A celebration of dance on screen from artists in the southeast. 7pm, Wed 4th December
• What’s My Practice Day?  – Dance Artist in Residence leads day-long workshops & discussion of innovative and Participatory Dance projects & their inspiring project leaders. 10-4pm, Thurs 5th Dec.
• National Symposium with hot topics & panel discussions. 10-2pm, Friday 6th Dec
• Networking opportunities for local & south east based artists, funders & dance programmers.
