Sunday October 4th at 8pm and repeated Tuesday October 6th at 9pm; TG4 will air this Stanley Kubrick documentary based in Waterford City and County.
Hollywood in Éirinn recalls the massive Stanley Kubrick production rolling into town and making use of all that Waterford has to offer, when the acclaimed film-maker shot ‘Barry Lyndon’ in Waterford in 1973. The show will present recollections from locals and production crew alike, Waterford has fond memories for the Kubrick family themselves, as Kubrick’s brother in law Jan Harlan and Kubrick’s daughter Katharina remember. With exclusive behind the scenes photos and contributions from some familiar faces Kubrick fans are in for a treat!
