To mark the 50th anniversary of Frank O’Connor’s death and following it’s sold-out run in Waterford, Garter Lane Theatre brings back Patrick Talbot Productions smash hit ‘God Bless the Child’ based on the stories of Frank O’Connor – first confessions are the hardest!

In 1966, 50 years ago, the legendary writer Frank O’Connor passed away. But his much loved stories have stayed with us and audiences will have the chance to relive three of those funniest stories: My Oedipus Complex, The Genius and First Confession brought together within a single full-length play, in a hugely entertaining and uplifting night of theatre.
