“Getting Ready to Spring Back”

After a long, dark and lonely winter we’re all ready for Spring but how do we make sure that we’re in good shape to enjoy the months ahead and ready to flourish creatively? How do we restore ourselves when our reserves are low and we’ve nearly given up hope? How do we reconnect with our creative work? This calm and restorative session with Creative Coach Auriel Majumdar will be an encouraging and supportive space to reflect on the last year, gather your energies and get ready to meet the Spring with optimism and hope.
