Waterford City & County Council is putting together the final elements for the Waterford Summer City Programme and is looking for Expression of Interest for specific areas within the programme.
These areas are budgeted and must include a set programme of work as well as any payments, expenses etc.
In regards to entertainment see the attached sample two week programme. The Council would expect proposals for the 12 week summer period to be an improvement upon this.
In regards to Production, the brief is both to supply, erect, disassemble etc as well as an overall coordinating and management role.
The time detail is very tight on this. The Council requires proposals back by May 1st. The successful candidates will be expected to work with the other two Managers to complete a full programme by launch day May 18th. This team will report to the Summer City Steering Group under the aegis of the Arts Office in Waterford City.
