WORKSHOP | ADULT CONFIDENCE AND IMAGINATION BUILDING

What are the stories we tell about ourselves, and are they still useful? Can we begin to hear the old stories we tell about ourselves and begin to allow new stories to form? Before we grew up and inhabited a serious world, we played. This workshop with Peter Wright is intended to enhance your confidence, creativity and imagination – and sense of play. The workshop will include self-expression, somatic movement and music.

Peter is a Waterford native who has co-facilitated workshops in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in Ireland, Bali and online. He has created unique workshops around confidence, manifestation and creativity. He has coached Improv groups, acted in plays, and is a spoken word artist.
