Waterford Gallery of Art, 6 august 2022 at 11am
The Waxed Lemon – in association with The Waterford Gallery of Art and Summer in the City – announce the continuation of the Ekphrasis Project 2022.
On Saturday August 6th in the Waterford Gallery of Art (31-32 O’Connell St) there will be a FREE Guided Writing Workshop at 11am, facilitated by The Waxed Lemon editors Joanne McCarthy and Derek Flynn.
Then, at 2pm, there will be readings of specially commissioned poems based on artworks from the Municipal Collection by Joeface Meagher and Christa de Brun, with music by EJ Mae Music.
A fabulous event for lovers of words and music!
