Greyfriars Municipal Art Gallery, 25th Feb to May 20th
An exhibition of works from the Waterford Municipal Art Collection curated by Amanda O’ Dwyer and Ailise O’Neill.
This exhibition explores the relationship between the Waterford Municipal Art Collection and the 2nd level art appreciation curriculum. The vast majority of the artists chosen for this exhibition are examined in ‘Appreciation and History of Art’ by Aidan O’ Sullivan, an art history text used by secondary schools throughout Ireland.
