Davitt’s Quay, April 22nd 2017, 2:40pm – 3:20pm
On Saturday, April 22nd, Dungarvan Brass Band will perform on Davitt’s Quay, Dungarvan from 2:10pm – 2:50pm. The Band will perform music from a wide variety of musical genres – jazz, pop, classical, film and even traditional airs, from composers as varied as Dvorak to Daft Punk, Pharrell Williams to John Barry. This is an open air performance and there is no charge. It is Dungarvan Brass Band’s contribution to the West Waterford Festival of Food. This great local festival is an opportunity to come to Dungarvan to taste great food, meet great people and of course hear great music.
The Dungarvan Brass Band’s performance precedes the RNLI duck race taking place at 3pm, and indeed the RNLI will have a temporary shop in front of the Dungarvan Brass Band Bandroom on Davitt’s Quay.
