Hive, 25 Michael Street
7/11 proudly presents,
Dublin power trio the Dijon Babes with support from Waterford based N-11.
The Dijon Babes have become renowned for their high energy live performances which fluctuate between short, sharp two minute sucker punches & instrumental displays of musical aptitude. With tracks built from the ground up on a rock solid rhythm section, layered with aggressive guitar and frantic vocals, their set is described as “in your face rock and roll at its finest, guaranteed to blow your clothes off!”
Stalwarts of the DIY punk scene, N-11, originally hail from Arklow, Co.Wicklow. Founders and Lifelong friends Dean O’Brien (Bass & Vocals) and Sarah Dempster (Guitar & Vocals) are joined by drummer Heather Troy-Whelan (ex Found on the Floor) and play passionate, emotionally charged music which draws influence from Punk, Country and Hardcore music.
The evening kicks off at 7.00 pm with the first live act due on stage at 9.00pm. Tickets are €7 (concession €5) & are available now at Hive, 25 Michael Street or hiveemerging.com. Our drinks policy is strictly B.Y.O.B.
