Join Peter Wright for an introduction to Croíating (pronounced Creating)—a dynamic and engaging workshop that opens the door to a four-week creative journey. Croíating is about tapping into your natural creativity, embracing choice, and exploring the edges of self-expression in an embodied, playful, and accessible way. Drawing from theatre and movement, the workshop invites you to step into the idea that “all the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.”
Full Croíating Series:
🔹 8th May – Confidence (NLP)
Explore different mental and physical states that shape how we engage with the world. Through practical exercises, learn to embody confidence and apply it in everyday life.
🔹 15th May – Creativity (Flow Speaking)
Unlock greater creative freedom by moving beyond self-criticism and inhibition. Flow Speaking encourages playful expression, helping you navigate the balance between impressing and expressing.
🔹 22nd May – Flow (The Mover Beyond Words | Somatics)
Creativity isn’t just in the mind—it lives in the body. This session explores movement-based approaches to adaptability, flow, and expression beyond words.
🔹 29th May – Freedom (The Fool | Improv)
Embrace spontaneity, let go of self-judgment, and rediscover the joy of play. Learn from The Fool within and step beyond the constraints of right and wrong.

About Your Facilitator
Peter Wright is a coach, NLP trainer, and creative practitioner from Waterford with a passion for helping people step into confidence, unlock creativity, and embrace spontaneity. His approach blends NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), theatre, generative trance, and fooling, offering a unique and deeply engaging pathway to personal and creative development.
Drawing from years of training, experience, and travel in search of the best teachers, Peter has developed Croíating to help people move past self-doubt, express themselves more freely, and discover new creative and personal possibilities. Rooted in the belief that creativity is for everyone—not just artists—his workshops are accessible, practical, and full of energy.
