Invites you to our Childrens Lantern Making Workshops during Winterval 2016
Learning to make lantern’s from willow and paper is an exciting and rewarding experience where each child gets to bring a lantern home. Led lights can be used to safely light up the lantern, which makes a beautiful addition to your home, full of wonder and delight. Workshops will be held by local artist Rosemary Dulson.
Winterval workshops run Saturday & Sunday 2pm-4:30pm, Saturday 26th Nov to Sunday 18th Dec
Tickets: €1.50 per child (Children aged 5+)

Currently on view at the gallery is the Winterval exhibition “A Winter’s Tale”. The exhibition will run from 25th of November and will be displayed on the ground floor of Greyfriars Municipal Art Gallery
“A Winter’s Tale” exhibition is a selection of 24 winter and nostalgic themed works from the Waterford Municipal Art Collection. We also have our jewels on show upstairs which include works by Jack B. Yeats, Paul Henry and Louis Le Brocquy.
