Come and celebrate the Irish launch of K. S. Moore’s debut poetry collection: ‘What frost does under a crescent moon’, at The Book Centre, Waterford, from 6 pm on Friday April 19th.  Entry is free and wine will be served.

K. S. Moore is now based in Piltown, but originally hails from Swansea in South Wales, where the book was published.  Lismore poet, Molly Twomey, will introduce the author and this magical new book, which speaks through myth, magic, folklore and fairy tale.

K. S. Moore was selected for Poetry Ireland Introductions in 2022, which gave her the opportunity to read at the International Literature Festival Dublin.  She placed third in the Waterford Poetry Prize 2020 and has been shortlisted and commended for many other competitions.

Poetry has recently featured in New Welsh Review, Ink, Sweat and Tears, Skylight 47 and The Honest Ulsterman. Work has also appeared in The Stinging Fly, Southword, Crannog and The Stony Thursday Book.
