Metalman Bar Waterford, Thursday nights, April 18th – May 16th at 7:30pm
The Metalman Bar are not just geeky about beer, but they are into other things too and tabletop games is one of them. They’ve got all sorts of games ranging from card games, warfare games, video theme games, battle games. Play competitively or in a co-op game. Solo games, 2 player games even a game you can play with up to 30 people.
Board games have evolved a lot in the past decade or so. So you might get a bit of a shock if you’re just used to older games like Monopoly, Cluedo and Scrabble. But board games are now more fun than ever and there’s constantly more and more inventive and wonderful games coming out every month. Some of the games may look a bit daunting if you’re new to modern board games, but feel free to ask one of the organisers and they’ll be able to recommend something that might be a good introduction and talk you through the play.
And of course there’s always a place for the classic board games too.
This board games night is open to everyone and free of charge.
Please feel free to bring your own board games that you have lying around at home.
