Katie Kim, the pseudonym of Waterford singer Katie Sullivan, is a performer of slowcore, ethereal, ambient folk/pop. Salt, Katie’ s third album, is a departure from previous albums and delves further into the drone side with textured production added by producer John “Spud” Murphy, who is central to the album’s sonic feel. Salt, in many ways, is a musical evolution of Cover and Flood and comes four years after that album’s release. In the meantime Katie, who is now based in Dublin, has toured the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium playing sold out venues throughout.

With Morality Mortality, his third album just released, Irish songwriter Marc O’Reilly attacks his muse with a bipolar verve that swings from reflection to sheer riotous joy. marc-oreilly-albumBacked by the tightest band in Christendom, rare and beautiful songs slam into wild blues fragments and effortlessly back to clean vocal harmonies. Prior to Morality Mortality, Marc’s previous two albums ‘Human Herdings’ and ‘My Friend Marx’ has established him as one of the most exciting artists within the folk/blues genre and gaining comparisons with artists such as John Martyn and Bon Iver.
Marc is currently touring all over Europe and has made appearances at Glastonbury, Electric Picnic, Beautiful Days, Boardmasters, Shambala and Dranouter. He has also played in the US appearing at the Live in the Vineyard Festival in Napa, California.
