John Cummins officially launches The Avenue Festival as well as officially opening ‘Hive Emerging’s new premises at 25 Michael Street (former News & Star building). Hive’s inaugural show is ‘Wet’ comprising of works which define new Irish emerging art. Artists include Alison Cronin, Anna Westlake, Barry Foley, Conor O’Grady, Damien Magee, David Turner, ElsBorghart, Emma Berkery, Keith Flynn, Sarah Edmondson, Julie Gill, Kerrie O’Mahony, Gerry Davis and Kate-Bowe O’Brien.
