Tramore Coastguard Cultural Centre on Saturday December 5th, Rósín O Grady presents “Songs of the Season”. There will be music, song and poetry from Ireland, France, Italy, South America, Spain and England. The evening will include works by Turlough O’Carolan, Ruairi Dáll Ó Catháin, John Dowland, Gaspar Sanz, William Shakespeare and from the Irish Traditional canon.
Complimentary mulled wine served on the night. Tickets €14/€12 concession.
Exhibitions
During this festive season Tramore Coastguard Cultural Centre is delighted to have the opportunity to exhibit the photographic works of Jack Savage, Liam O Neachtain and Mario Mac Rory in the cafe gallery. While upstairs the gallery is filled with stunning works from the combined talents of the Carrick Camera club who have adorned the walls with an eclectic mix of photographs that are sure to leave you wanting to improve your camera skills. All the while Florrie Frost has filled the open arts space with vibrant paintings. If that isn’t enough to satisfy your artistic taste buds coming up in December are exhibitions by Sinéad Boyle, Margaret Lucas & Paddy Tubbritt and The Copper Coast Art Group.
