Bishop’s Palace Museum, Sunday 10th of Sept 11am – 4pm
Sunday 10th is a special Art On The Railings Waterford. All artists taking part in this new event #ARTINOPENSPACES will be asked to paint/ sketch a choosen piece of land/street scape by the coordinator and will be posted on fb leading up to the day.
The winner will be announced and presented with an #Artontherailings trophy/prize (tbc)..
The aim of exhibition is give artists the opportunity to connect and build the art community within the city. We are using the festival dates to utilise the amount of visitors to the area, therefore maximising the visibility of the artworks and sales opportunities. The exhibition will take place during the Waterford Harvest Festival, with the artwork hung from railings in specified spaces within and surrounding the Viking Triangle from 11am to 4pm on the day
