A varied and colourful selection of watercolours and oils by Rachel Ryan will be on exhibition between the 17th and 29th of December in the Index Gallery, Central Library, Lady Lane. Rachel Ryan has been living in Waterford for over 15 years and this is her first exhibition of her work in Ireland.
