Kerry County Council invites submissions for an art Sculpture/ installation piece (fixed/ permanent) that would reflect the mythology and natural heritage of the Waterville environment.
Themes which will be considered are to include the Mythological figure of Amergin of the Milesians and his links with heritage & nature, the Marine & freshwater creatures of the area including the specimen seatrout & salmon, the general natural heritage, landscape and environment of the Water area and the connection between the lake, the sea and sky in the context of the panorama from the beach.
The total budget for the Commission is €44,000 inclusive of VAT. Any submissions received in excess of this amount will not be considered
