Helium Arts’ online workshops offer creative, on- and offline activities for children in Ireland with lifelong health conditions like diabetes, epilepsy, heart conditions, cystic fibrosis, rare conditions and more. These workshops help children connect, build confidence, and express themselves through art, even if they are unable to join regular activities.
When you sign up, you’ll receive a bespoke art pack with all materials delivered straight to your door. Creative activities, demonstrations, and artist tips will be sent to you by email, allowing you to work at your own pace. You’ll also have the chance to connect with others through occasional Zoom sessions and Post-pal. Activities include painting, collage, zine-making, puppet creation, storytelling, and much more.
