Join artist Patrick Penney for a hands-on cyanotype workshop this Wednesday 11 February, 1–3pm.
Patrick’s work features in GOMA’s current exhibition Shapeshifting | GOMA Graduate Award Exhibition 2026 (29 January – 21 February 2026), and this session offers a chance to explore one of the processes behind photographic image-making.
Cyanotype is an early photographic technique that uses light and simple chemistry to create striking blue prints — no darkroom required. In this workshop, participants will experiment with the process using sunlight or UV light, working on paper and fabric to create unique images.
