Development of the Waterford Arts Strategy is moving forward
– Do you want to shape its direction?
Following on from two public meeting held in February and March in Waterford City and Dungarvan, the Waterford Arts Office is progressing the development of the Arts Strategy by inviting participants to a World Café Style – Arts Strategy Focus Meeting to be held at the Coastguard Cultural Centre, Love Lane, Tramore on Thursday 24th March. Members of the public, artists, representatives of arts organizations and groups, community and voluntary groups, educators, businesses and all interested are invited to attend.
The aim of the meeting will be for people to ‘workshop’ some of the shared area of interest and issues that were raised by participants at the initial public meetings. Participants will work together in small groups, following a World Café style meeting, to discuss a set of focused areas of commonality that arose and that will be explored as future objectives and actions of the Arts Strategy.
This meeting will be held at the Coastguard Cultural Centre, Love Lane, Tramore on Thursday 24th March 2016. Registration and Refreshments 6.45pm
Meeting Starts 7.00pm  (Duration approx. 2 hours)
Booking is essential – (In order to allow the maximum range and diversity of participation the meeting will be restricted to one representative per organisation or group).
