AN ARRAY OF VISUAL FUN TO ENJOY AT GARTER LANE

18TH October 2014, 2.00 pm Garter Lane

Tea Party!

Get down to Garter Lane and check out Tea Party Number 5 by Rosemary Dulson as part of the Imagine Arts festival. This is a Tea Party performance based on the relationship between tea and conversation and the social aspect of tea drinking and the ritual of sharing a moment from sadness to euphoria whilst enjoying this relaxing liquid. The performance relates to how womenā€™s roles have changed in society and how women have become more liberated in the western world and how like butterflies they are spreading their wings and transforming and becoming and flourishing in whatever field they are involved in. The performance involves an actual tea party with woman participants, live music and movement in quite an abstract form and it will certainly be something to remember! This takes place in Garter Lane Theatre Courtyard on Sat 18th Oct at 2pm and Admission is FREE.
