Deadline for application forms is Monday 8th April 2019.
Pilots Choir is a new choir for people in Waterford who use the mental health services, their families and friends, and people who work in the service.
There are many benefits of participating in a choir: singing together, making new friends, learning new music, developing your voice…
Waterford Healing Arts Trust and the Occupational Therapy Department in the Waterford Mental Health Services would love to bring those benefits to all people involved in Mental Health in Waterford by setting up a new choir for people who use the service, their families and friends, and people who work in the service.
The choir will meet on Tuesday evenings for six weeks from late April to June. If you are interested in joining this choir, please complete this application form & send it via email to this address or via post to ‘Waterford Healing Arts Trust, University Hospital Waterford, Dunmore Road, Waterford’ or alternatively hand directly to the Occupational Therapist of your Mental Health Team by Monday 8th April 2019.
Please note that completion of this application form does not guarantee a place as spaces are limited. Individuals will be contacted by the 10th April to confirm the place.
