DUNGARVAN AREA CULTURE NIGHT EVENTS
5.30pm to 7.30pm – KNO30 Studio Launch
Artist Catherine Barron will open her new studio at KNO30 for Culture Night.
5pm to 9:00pm – Gailearaí Joan Clancy
Beidh taispeántas ghrúpa sa Ghailearaí ag Joan.
Joan will host a group show at the Gallery.
7pm to 8pm – Philosophy of Memory Talk in the Dungarvan Library
In this fascinating talk – “Remembering it Well: Understanding History and the Importance of False Memory”- Dr. Sean Enda Power, Research Fellow in the School of Philosophy, University College Cork, will discuss the philosophy of memory and its use in history.
7pm to 9pm – Deise Brass Band perform at The Old Market House Arts Centre
Deise Brass Band will perform at The Old Market House Arts Centre at 8pm.
8.30pm to 10pm – The Drama Circle presents ‘Mother Figure’ at Merry’s Bar
We will be presenting an evening of drama and stories performed by local Dungarvan talent and Drama Circle members, upstairs in Merry’s.

Printmaker artist Anne MacDonnell invites you to drop in to this “taster” drypoint printmaking session where participants will learn how to make a drypoint print using CDs and compasses.
