The First MORNING CLASS in years for professional level dance and movement artists is about to start soon. Welcoming all dancers based in Waterford (and the South East)promoting wellness, fitness, advanced exploration of movement concepts and a deepening of connection amongst dance peers. This weekly class is 1.5/2hrs led by professional community for the professional community.
Classes are delivered mainly, but not exclusively through contemporary dance genres and other complimentary practices.
