Beef Supreme [http://therealbeefsupreme.com/] are an alternative roots outfit from the South East of Ireland. A history soaked in equal parts traditional, rock and folk music, Beef Supreme are regular returners at Dublin Blues, Roots and Bass, Kilkenny Roots, Burning Lake, Eigse Carlow Arts, Artbeat in Waterford and ramblers at Electric Picnic, their set of catchy roots crossover music builds and evolves year on year.
In late 2018, Beef Supreme decamped to Orphan Recording Studios in the Dublin Mountains and under the watchful eye of Gavin Glass, laid down some of their most intently driven music to date. The Jerry follows on from Novembers Whistleblower as the band grow their roots rock sound into new territories. A song that starts with a whisper of crooked media leaks and builds to a galloping crescendo of old testament proportions.
