Madrigallery choir will host a magical Christmas concert of seasonal classics at St Mary’s Church, Ballygunner on Thursday, December 4th at 8pm. The evening’s repertoire draws on music from different genres and styles to include:
• The Twelve Days of Christmas by Bob Chilcott
• The Christmas Song by Mel Tormé & Robert Wells
• It’s The Most Wonderful Time of the Year by Edward Pola & George Wyle
• Pastime with Good Company arranged by Ward Swingle
• A Hymn to the Virgin by Benjamin Britten
• Fantasia on Christmas Carols by Vaughan Williams
Come along and enjoy a lively evening of Christmas cheer!
Tickets are €10 or €8 concession for members of an active retirement group. Children are free to attend.
Tickets can be purchased at the door or from a choir member in advance.
