Can we begin to hear the old stories we tell about ourselves and begin to allow new stories to form? Before we grew up and inhabited a serious world, we played. This workshop with Peter Wright is intended to enhance your confidence, creativity and imagination – and sense of play. The workshop will include self-expression, somatic movement and music.\nPeter is a Waterford native who has co-facilitated workshops in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) in Ireland, Bali and online. He has created unique workshops around confidence, manifestation and creativity.
