Central Arts kicks off its 2017 music season with a gig from Dungarvan Alt-Rock band The Stranger Phases.
With an exciting sound feature a mixture of influences and styles ranging from folk to heavy rock. The Stranger Phases music layers rhythms and story lines with fast paced, contemporary rock and indie to deliver their signature sound.
Three years of gigging and writing original music has culminated in a collection of songs that form their upcoming album ‘Now or Never’ recently recorded at Claycastle Studio. Thematically, the album centres on the stories and tales the band have collected on their journeys.
The Stranger Phases now officially launch their three-track E.P/ entitled ‘Life. Never. Peace.’ with this Waterford gig at Central Arts. The E.P. serves as a taster for the upcoming ‘Now or Never’ and will give fans an idea of what to expect from this very much up-and-coming band. Hard copies will be available at the gig.
Tickets are priced at just €5 and will be available at the door or at https://strangerphases.eventbrite.ie/
Support on the night will be from Waterford indie band Central Hall and from Woody. Kick off a great year of music in style with the best of local!
